Late Policy

If a client is more than 10 minutes late, there will be a $5 charge.

If a client is more than 20 minutes late, the appointment is CANCELED. There will be another deposit required to book again. Continuous late arrivals, the client will not be able to book again.

Everyone must remember my clients time and my time is valuable. Being late results in pushing back appointments, causing an inconvenience to my clients and ME. Please adhere to these policies.

Cancellation Policy

A 1 day notice of cancellation is required.

Your appointment is very important to RoyalMinkz, We secure appointments just for you so we ask that if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, to do so a day before your scheduled service. This way we are able to adjust our schedule and accommodate clients on the waiting list. 

We understand life happens and unexpected events/circumstances arise and we will work out a plan if a client is approached with an emergency. 

Rescheduling Policy

If a client has to reschedule based upon emergencies, cancellation, or unforeseen circumstances,the rescheduled appointment must be within 14 days of the initial appointment. The deposit that was submitted will be honorable ONLY for those 14 days! It is the client responsibility to request another appointment, not the lash tech.

*Remember an inquiry is just that, an INQUIRY. 

*ONLY call if there is an emergency. I work a full-time job as well and cannot answer for everyone! If there is need to call I'll have to set that time up with you when I'm free.
